I wanted to especially thank 2 of the current specialists there, who are outstanding, and who both recently went above-and-beyond to provide great service.
- Jaime Perez, Service Team Manager: Jaime helped me in many ways with a recent issue I had. She was very fast to reply, very thorough and precise, and very professional with all follow-ups. She also showed very strong empathy throughout.
- Fatima Elajlaoui, Account Representative: Recently someone tried to get access to my private information, and Fatima handled this perfectly. She asked the caller questions they couldn't answer, and refused to give them any of my info. She also notified her coworkers right away, and documented the issue, to make sure they all would be on the lookout if a future attempt was made."
